Booking Policies for The Hemp Spa
-Please allow 24 hours, or more, when canceling/rescheduling your appointment.
- A 100% cancellation fee (of your service total) for any changes made with less than 24 hours notice, of the scheduled appointment, will be charged.
-A 100% cancellation fee (of your service total) for any NO SHOWS will be charged.
-To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 7 minutes late to a waxing or lash service, OR more than 15 minutes late to a facial service, your treatment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a 100% fee of your service total.
-Consent forms must be filled out prior to your appointment. Please see Forms page.
-Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
-The Hemp Spa does not offer refunds for any completed services.
-There is a 4% convenience fee for all card transactions.
-Preferred methods for tip include: Cash, Venmo
